It's hard to believe that 25 years have passed since we wore our light blue caps and gowns and left St. Mary's to embark on new adventures. We've gotten married and divorced, gained weight, earned degrees, lost weight, created new families, raised pets, worked inside and outside our homes, achieved success, traveled the world, stayed close to home, overcome obstacles, endured losses, strengthened our faith, served our country, made countless brownies for bake sales, driven in carpools, climbed the corporate ladder, started our own companies, pursued - and continue to pursue - dreams. Among us, we've done it all!

Here's our chance to catch up a little before we get to the reunion. Please take some time to tell us the highlights of your past 25 years. Where did you go on to school? What do you most enjoy doing now? Do you work outside the home? Where have you traveled? What is one thing you still dream of doing? What is your best memory of St. Mary's? We can't wait to hear from you!

Send us a current photo, too, if you can. Feel free to include a photo of you with your family. You are unable to edit information once you hit the submit button, so please review and add your “now” picture all at one time. Your information will be uploaded to the web the next day. Thanks to all who are coordinating the reunion and the website! It’s been wonderful learning how well all of you are doing. The years have definitely flown by! After one year at UWM, I transferred to UW-Madison, where I met my wonderful husband, Greg. After graduation, we moved to Seattle where I got a job with a little, 10-store chain of coffee stores named Starbucks. Eight years and 800 stores later, we moved to Philadelphia, where Greg became an assistant professor of biology at St. Joseph’s University, and I continued my work in training and development—professionally, as a designer for a sales training consulting firm, and personally, as parent to daughters Olivia (nine) and Katie (six). After eight years in Philly, we decided to seek to a more family-friendly locale. This quest brought us to Asheville, NC in 2003, where Greg now teaches environmental sciences at the fabulously funky Warren Wilson College and I’m an independent consultant, taking on training & development projects as my family and vacation schedules permit. Primarily though, I’m the director of domestic affairs for our own little non-profit organization, which is conducting a longitudinal study of female Homo sapiens development. We love life in Asheville (it’s the Madison of the South), although given our history, there’s a strong chance that we’ll move somewhere else in eight years! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in July!

25 years...WOW! Does time go by quick. Life has been wonderful. I have an amazing husband, Michael and 4 beautiful healthy children, Ryan 10, Dylan 9, Lauren and Morgan 7. After SMA I went to Whitewater for a few years, then went to MATC to get my nursing degree. I then went to Cardinal Stritch for a business degree and a Masters degree in health service administration. I manage a case management company in Wisconsin called The Alaris Group. I love my job. My husband works with me. We both work out of the home. Our kids keep us very very busy. The boys are into every sport and the girls like dance and gymnastics. We live in the town of Vernon on a golf course. My husband and boys love to golf! We love to entertain and have people over often. I have been very blessed. Thanks to those of you who have done such an amazing job coordinating a wonderful event!

From Kim:

To say the years have flown by is such an understatement! We ALL look way too young to be planning our 25th reunion!

Career-wise, I’ve taken a meandering path to where I am today. I spent a few years teaching secondary English and Speech (a la Miss Jellen & Sr. Dorothy). I went on to direct development efforts at a few non-profit agencies, and ultimately ended up at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about twelve years ago. Since joining the Journal Sentinel, I’ve held several different positions, finally landing in human resources, where I am today. Never dreamed I’d end up in HR, but have found it to be both challenging and rewarding!

On the home front, my husband, Kyle, and I are celebrating our 15th anniversary this year. We’ve been blessed with two amazing boys, Jordan (13) and Ryan (5), who keep us hopping! (I count my lucky stars that we had boys – I remember the tribulations of being a teen-aged girl & am glad I don’t have to re-live it with my kids!) J

I’m really looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion – but, please, keep the embrassing stories under your hats! My husband thinks I was a well-behaved Catholic school girl!
