It's hard to believe that 25 years have passed since we wore our light blue caps and gowns and left St. Mary's to embark on new adventures. We've gotten married and divorced, gained weight, earned degrees, lost weight, created new families, raised pets, worked inside and outside our homes, achieved success, traveled the world, stayed close to home, overcome obstacles, endured losses, strengthened our faith, served our country, made countless brownies for bake sales, driven in carpools, climbed the corporate ladder, started our own companies, pursued - and continue to pursue - dreams. Among us, we've done it all!
Here's our chance to catch up a little before we get to the reunion. Please take some time to tell us the highlights of your past 25 years. Where did you go on to school? What do you most enjoy doing now? Do you work outside the home? Where have you traveled? What is one thing you still dream of doing? What is your best memory of St. Mary's? We can't wait to hear from you!
Send us a current photo, too, if you can. Feel free to include a photo of you with your family. You are unable to edit information once you hit the submit button, so please review and add your “now” picture all at one time. Your information will be uploaded to the web the next day. As soon as your information is added, you will be able to send messages to others who’ve also added their info.

Occupation: Office & Payroll Manager
Marital Status: Married
From Pat: I guess you could say I've settled down since 1980 in alot of ways. . . from being an Army brat that went to 10 or so schools before coming to St. Mary's in my Sophmore year to living in the same home for 17 years. From my "girls just wana have fun" attitude to celebrating my 22nd wedding anniversary & working at the same company for 18 years! Todd & I meet while working together at Potter's ShopRite in St. Francis and we're still working together but at Graybar Furniture Works in West Allis. Todd's the Vice President & Plant Manager and has been there 23 years, I'm the Office & Payroll Manager. We've had alot of fun traveling over the years, but since 911 we've spent most of our vacation time closer to home. We spend most of our summer week-ends up in Green Lake boating & camping. That's Sarah our two year old yellow lab in the photo with us, she keeps me active & in pretty good shape! Todd & I are new members at St. John's Lutheran Church in Wauwatosa. Yes I'm now a Lutheran! You guys have done a great job on this website & on the event planning. Not sure if I'll make it to the reunion. Hey Jenny, Annette & Mary are you going? Pat toddpatsarah@tds.net

Occupation: sales
Marital Status: Married
From maria: It is hard to beleive 25 years have passed since we graduated. Time has just flown by. I got married in Dec 2001 to a Thomas Moore graduate. I have 2 wonderful stepdaughters and 3 grandchildren! Yes, I'm a grandmother, what a trip. I graduated from UWM with a teaching degree but decided it wasn't for me. I have worked at the Brookfield Boston Store in many different positions, including being a sales manager. My recent position is selling Coach handbags. It is alot of fun and less stressful than being a manager. Plus the hours are more flexible and that is important right now. My granddaughter is fighting cancer right now so that has become the focus of our lives. Everything revolves around her chemo treatments and hospital stays. Will be facing a stem cell transplant in the next few months. Hopefully after that she will be cancer free. Something like this just makes you rethink the priorities in your life. Thankfully we have a good chance of recovery. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Occupation: Clinical Social
Worker/Psychotherapist

No. of Children: 2
From Shelly: First, I'd like to thank everyone who has organized this event and website!!!! You have done a fantastic job!!!! It has been great to get up to speed with where people are and what they have been up to these past 25 years. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion! As for me, I spent the first 12 years after high school persuing a career in Social Work. I went into Social Work because Mrs. Peret, our Guidance teacher, suggested this path for me. The reason was because I wanted to work with children, but at that time there was a glutony of teachers. As it turns out, it has been a good fit for me. I received my BSW in 1984. I worked for 5 years as a foster care worker in Manitowoc Co. I then went back to school, (UWM), for my Masters, which I recieved in 1991. After that I worked in Illinois with children who were sexually abused. During my last semester of grad school, I met my now husband, (Bob). Bob was a blind date arranged by Vicky Valenza, (Posler). Vicky and Bob worked together at First Wisconsin. Mary Forret's sister Valerie also worked there. Small world! Bob and I were married in 1992, and have since been blessed with two beautiful girls! Allison, age 11, and Erika, age 7. They currently attend St. Charles Grade School in Hartland. When we first joined this parish Fr. Mike was the Pastor!!! I have mostly been a stay at home Mom, however I have done some part time private practice counseling on & off. I recently completed my certification as a School Social Worker. This required taking 12 Education credits. I hope to acquire a School Social work position for the 2006-2007 school year. If anyone has any connections, please let me know! I guess I'll end up working in a school after all Mrs. Peret! For fun, my family likes to travel. The picture here is from our recent trip to Disney World. We also go up north alot, as we have an old cottage on Post Lake. (Between Antigo and Rhinelander). It has been in my husbands family for over 50 years. We hope to retire there someday. It seems so far away; however, if the next 25 years go as fast as the last 25.......Yikes!!!
