It's hard to believe that 25 years have passed since we wore our light blue caps and gowns and left St. Mary's to embark on new adventures. We've gotten married and divorced, gained weight, earned degrees, lost weight, created new families, raised pets, worked inside and outside our homes, achieved success, traveled the world, stayed close to home, overcome obstacles, endured losses, strengthened our faith, served our country, made countless brownies for bake sales, driven in carpools, climbed the corporate ladder, started our own companies, pursued - and continue to pursue - dreams. Among us, we've done it all!

Here's our chance to catch up a little before we get to the reunion. Please take some time to tell us the highlights of your past 25 years. Where did you go on to school? What do you most enjoy doing now? Do you work outside the home? Where have you traveled? What is one thing you still dream of doing? What is your best memory of St. Mary's? We can't wait to hear from you!

Send us a current photo, too, if you can. Feel free to include a photo of you with your family. It's very exciting to see what everyone's been up to over the past 25 years. We didn't turn out so bad, despite some dire predictions and threats from our teachers. What have I been up to? I worked at St. Francis all through high school and 24 more years after that in various positions but ultimately as the Executive Assistant to the President. (Anyone who knows me from typing class will find this quite funny.) I retired from the Bank in December 04 following a merger with another bank and took a couple of months off. I'm now working for the Greater Milwaukee Committee as Program Officer. I have a stepdaughter Kathy and two grandchildren Amanda Rose and Rebecca Ann. When I not at home working in my garden, my husband Greg and I love to travel!

Whoever is responsible for those scary prom pictures on-line is going to pay!! What were we all thinking with those hair-do’s. Despite the passage of 25 years I don’t feel any older than when I left the Academy, but my crow’s feet and post-partum waistline tell me a different story. I went on to college and became a Registered Nurse, never could escape the whole uniform thing. After graduation I worked at Froedtert Hospital for 9 years in Surgical and Intensive care nursing. My husband Tim and I have been married for 17 years. We spent 3 years in Chicago while my husband was doing his residency in emergency medicine. After Tim graduated we decided to “roll the dice” and moved to Las Vegas where Tim worked at University Medical Center (think Trauma Life in the ER). I hung up my nursing cap and have been a full-time mom ever since. We have 3 testosterone filled boys Ross (13), Will (11) and Jack (7). My nursing has been limited to cuts and bruises ever since. We spent 9 years in Vegas and never thought we would return to Dairyland, but 3 years ago the proverbial opportunity of a lifetime came up for my husband’s medical practice and we moved to the Frozen Tundra (Green Bay). We now live frighteningly close to Lambeau Field, the epicenter of all things Green Bay. Our home was once owned by Packer Head Coach Mike Holmgren ( trivia for you Pack fans). My boys are fanatical hockey players, I watched over 200 games last year! We travel often to Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Detroit, Canada or wherever there is an ice rink. We plan to have a life again in 11 years when our youngest graduates from high school. I’ll buy drinks for anyone that can still fit into their uniform!!!!

Holy cow, 25 years!! Life sure goes by fast.IWent to xray school a few years after high school. Got a great job at St. Lukes in Milwaukee, then met a guy. Moved to Appleton, where I have been living since 1988. Got married in 1990, had 2 great kids, Mike 13, and Sarah 10. Also an unfortunate divorce in 2002. For the past 4 years I have been working for some prominent hand surgeons in the valley, doing xray, ortho work and lots of etc work.. things are wonderful now. I am looking forward to the reunion, but am not sure at this time if I can attend, due to selling my house and buying a new one. So hopefully I will see you all there.. kathy

I can hardly believe it's 25 years already, wow. It's great to read about everyone and I express my happiness for all the joys in your lives. My post-SMA life has changed greatly over the years. I've done a complete 180 and no longer am the shy kid I was in school. (Once I left the nest in 1991, I came out of my shell for good.) First I received my bachelors of art degree in 1985 from UW-Milwaukee. I worked in the photo industry where I met my husband (Jeff) and a couple of years later went back to school to receive a teaching certification in K-12 art education. I taught grade 1-8 art for a few years and after marrying Jeff in 1991 I returned to the photography field. Currently Jeff and I are both employed at Visual Image Photography in Cedarburg where I have been working for nearly 12 years. Jeff and I lived on the south side of Milwaukee for a while before building a home in Germantown, WI where we have lived since 1997. We now have two terrific children, Leslie (almost 7) and Greg (5). We also are proud parents of two furry kids, a Golden Retriever - Mariah (11) and a Welsh Springer Spaniel - Hunter (2). I enjoy spending time with my family's hobbies: Jeff-woodworking (see website), Leslie-ballet/tap and Greg-karate. Hope to see many of you in July at the SMA tour. - Geri

Hi everyone!! I can't believe how fast time has flown!! After St Marys, I decided to skip college and head into the working world. After many years of working various jobs at The Blood Center and telling myself that I can't quit my job and go to college, I quit my job and went to college (your folks are right, where will you be in 10 years if you don't)! I graduated from UW-Madison in 1996 with a BS in Pharmacy. Since then I have worked at Osco Drug. Now my focus is my family. My husband Tom and I were married in Hawaii in 1999 (to those roomates who claim I walked and talked in my sleep during our class trip--it's still beautiful!!). We live in New Berlin with our two kids, Tommy who is 4 and Katie who is 3--they keep us going! Thanks to those of you who "found" me when I showed up on the missing classmates list--I would have hated to miss this!! See you in July!

Wow, 25 years! Its hard to believe. Time is just zooming by. This August, I will be celebrating my 15th year wedding anniversary! I have two very cute little girls, Natalie 7 & Stephanie 5. They a keep me very busy. I’ve been living in the Oconomowoc area for about 16 years and I love it out here but I hate the everyday commute to Milwaukee. (Thank God for books on Tape/CD). As for my work life …. I am a Sr IT Programmer developing intranet applications. (Its not as boring as it sounds, It’s actually a lot of fun- really). Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion! I think it will be a blast!
