It's hard to believe that 25 years have passed since we wore our light blue caps and gowns and left St. Mary's to embark on new adventures. We've gotten married and divorced, gained weight, earned degrees, lost weight, created new families, raised pets, worked inside and outside our homes, achieved success, traveled the world, stayed close to home, overcome obstacles, endured losses, strengthened our faith, served our country, made countless brownies for bake sales, driven in carpools, climbed the corporate ladder, started our own companies, pursued - and continue to pursue - dreams. Among us, we've done it all!

Here's our chance to catch up a little before we get to the reunion. Please take some time to tell us the highlights of your past 25 years. Where did you go on to school? What do you most enjoy doing now? Do you work outside the home? Where have you traveled? What is one thing you still dream of doing? What is your best memory of St. Mary's? We can't wait to hear from you!

Send us a current photo, too, if you can. Feel free to include a photo of you with your family. WOW! it sure is hard to believe that 25 years have passed since we were in our comfortable world of SMA! what an adventure life has been. I married my highschool sweatheart, we have been married for 23 years now, with 3 beautiful children who are pretty much all adults now. Our oldest daughter just Graduated from Marquette U with a degree in nursing, we are so proud of her.Our second daughter is attending Aveda, the beauty of wellness Institute in downtown Milwaukee, she will finsih in July. Our baby will be graduating from High School (hopefully) in June. Boys are much different to raise then girls, that's for sure. Many memories have been brought back as I have looked over pictures through this web site, Thanks to all you girls who have invested your time in making this all possible. I look forward to seeing my old classmates (I mean Young)!!!

Hello everyone and many thanks to the reunion committee for planning and organizing a very memorable event! After graduating from SMA, I attended Marquette, met my husband to be - Jim (Pius ’80) and received my nursing degree. I worked at St. Joe’s in Milwaukee for about a year and a half while Jim completed his engineering degree. He found a job in Appleton at Miller Electric (think welding equipment) and after our wedding on 11/2/85, we made our home in Neenah where we have lived ever since. I have continued to work as an RN but have cut back my paid hours over time as our family has been our priority. We spend our days accompanying our boys to assorted sports events, musical activities, and Boy Scout outings. Aaron -18 just graduated from St. Mary Central and will be heading to UW-Platteville in the fall to study engineering with hopes to make the cross-country team – he’s running 6-10 miles a day this summer! Brian -16 is an Eagle Scout and is spending the summer working on the waterfront at a Boy Scout camp. He will be a junior at SMC playing trumpet, running, and working on the robotics team. Matthew - 14, who loves camping, the outdoors, and playing with his little cousins, will be a freshman at SMC, playing sax and piano. Our lives have been filled with blessings and challenges. I am a 12-year breast cancer survivor, and my sister Ellen (SMA ’81) died of breast and ovarian cancer 2 years ago. Her 5-year battle with cancer was an amazing faith journey for all of us. Our families have always been close and her two daughters Katie – 16 and Maggie – 14 are the girls I never had! That’s it in a nutshell. It was great to visit with so many of you at the reunion – keep in touch!

From Elaine:
Hello Everyone! It has been really fun to browse this site and see what all of you have been up to. I graduated with a BS in Biology from UW-Milwaukee and then recieved my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from UW-Madision in 1989. I worked at two small animal hospitals before starting my present career as a shelter veterinarian at a nonprofit humane society in St. Paul, Minnesota. This past year has been marked by both an exciting new professional challenge and personal loss. I helped to plan and implement a new spay/neuter surgery program at work, the goal of which is to sterilize all of the shelter animals prior to adoption. So, after a long break, I am back to performing surgery again. On a personal note, I lost my dear 16 year old cat "Leo", but more importantly, my mother lost a very courageous battle with breast cancer. She also graduated from St. Mary's and I credit her loving guidance and love of education for my professional accomplishments. I couldn't have done it without her. I am really looking forward to the reunion!

The past 25 years have been good to me. Despite some of the hard times they’ve made me the person I am today—strong, independent, confident, and happy with the person I’ve become. It also has helped me to truly appreciate the good times. I’ve been blessed with my husband and soul mate of 4 years and my greatest love and joy—my son Taylor, now 16. These days I try not to take myself too seriously. I live to enjoy life--spending time with my family and friends, laughing, traveling, and feeding my passion for gardening and shopping, and my husband’s passion for his Harley. Although I’m fortunate enough to have a job I love--I don’t allow it to take over my life. I’ve lived my entire life in Wisconsin but may look to a warmer climate in a few years. Perhaps to my husband’s home state of Texas. This website has been great and has offered me the opportunity to reconnect with some old friends whom I look forward to seeing in July.
